Summary: The quality of secondary education at European level involves offering students who are preparing to work as teachers a wide-ranging, sound, and rigorous initial training. One of the greatest difficulties encountered by these students when they begin their teaching practice is the lack of resources and strategies to face diversity in the classrooms. For this reason, prior preparation is so important, in order to foresee certain kinds of circumstances and contribute knowledge to deal with these situations properly. The main objective of the project is the preparation of training materials on attention to diversity (AD) (inter-culturalism, co-education, solving conflicts in the classroom, paces of learning, and management of AD at school level). The methodology used will be the “case method” setting up a virtual campus for the verification of these materials. In this way we aim to increase the knowledge and encourage the application of the techniques of future teachers to solve problems that arise in the classroom at different levels, as well as to provide experience of a trans-national dimension. Two cases from each thematic area will be prepared with different degrees of complexity. The students taking part in initial training programmes of the associated countries will be responsible for verifying the materials for later distribution.
