Summary:

Wishing to assure a real integration within a regional network of all the internal partners, training providers with previous experience, we have acted consequently. Also, all four partner universities practically covering the Muntenia region, will develop local training centers – as satellites of the Muntenia Training Center (MTC), will develop sub-networks of beneficiary institutions and organizations. The expected effect is that of facilitating the access towards the “acquis communautaire”, in a direct and indirect manner, to partner institutions and organizations (during the project’s lifetime) but also to other organizations (after the official closure of the project). This largely assured access, by the support of the MTC’s macro-network, will accelerate in our opinion, the actions and processes meant to lead to the approach of the partners towards the European values, to the integration within the EU structures.

Objectives:

General objective:

Having the support of the community partners in the project, the MTC will play the role of a „turning or rotating plate” between the training institutions (training providers) from the Muntenia region (Southern Romania) on one side, and those institutions demanding training the on the other side, in order to help the Romanian organizations in their European integration efforts.

Specific objectives:

• To elaborate the management system of the MTC ;
• To evaluate the equipment and staff needs ;
• To start the specific actions (juridical and administrative) meant to create the MTC ;
• To design and elaborate a system of permanent cooperation and common action for EU and Romanian trainers (having as rotating plate the University of Pitesti);
• To perform the efficient training activities meant to facilitate the EU integration of the partner institutions in the Muntenia region;
• To evaluate (internally and externally) the training process and the products of the MTC in order to ensure the quality of the qualifications provided by the MTC.

Expected outcomes:

1.         Data basis regarding the training needs, to facilitate de integration within the EU.

2.         General training actions curriculum.

3.         Current evaluation tools

4.         Certificates and diplomas

5.         Flexible organizational chart of the MTC

6.         MTC as a legally created organization

7.         A coherent system of continuing cooperation, based on legal agreements and contracts, between MTC on one side and internal and external training partners, on the other side.

8.         Common training actions, for all target groups, materialized in 5 general modules, having duration of one week, each of the modules held by an EU expert.

9.         Specific training actions, for every target group, materialized in 7 specific modules, with duration of one week, each of the modules held by an EU expert.

10.       Training action on demand of the partner organizations of the MTC – direct training actions, organized in the framework of the MTC, as well as “training the trainers” actions: 15 training stages of one month, 25 training stages of two weeks, East-West.

11.       Internal and external evaluation system of the products/processes/training systems/organization.

12.      Final report on the project’s results in the framework of a final general module of one week.
