„Building School-Wide Inclusive, Positive and Equitable Learning Environments Through A Systems-Change Approach / Construirea unor medii de învățare incluzive, pozitive și echitabile la nivel de școală” (SWPBS), un proiect european, finanțat de către Comisia Europeană, prin programul ERASMUS +, Acțiunea-cheie 3, Sprijin pentru reformarea politicilor, se apropie de finalizarea celui de-al doilea an de implementare. Proiectul SWPBS coordonat de CARDET (Cipru) în parteneriat cu Universitatea din Pitești (UPIT) împreună cu Inspectoratul Județean Argeș (ISJ), și cu alte instituții educaționale din Cipru, Grecia și Finlanda a contribuit la dezvoltarea unei mediu școlar pozitiv, a unei culturi sociale nediscriminatorii și favorabile incluziunii cu accent pe sprijinirea comportamentelor socio-emoționale necesare tuturor elevilor din școală. La finalul celui de al doilea an de lucru, programul de intervenție Behavior Support Framework (Cadrul de Sprijinire Comportamentală) a fost implementat în 30 de școli din județul Argeș. În 15 școli, întregul personal a primit instruire, iar celelalte 15 școli sunt în curs de a primi instruire cu privire la modul de implementare a programului SWPBS. Școlile au primit suport din partea antrenorilor (formatorilor) din echipa de intervenție a UPIT și sprijin din partea membrilor din echipa de proiect a ISJ. Deși programul a fost implementat în întreaga instituție școlară în toate cele 30 de școli, grupul țintă al proiectului au fost elevii din clasele a III-a și a IV-a. Fiecare școală a realizat o serie de materiale de lucru care au sprijinit implementarea programului de intervenție: și-au definit viziunea, au stabilit un set de valori care au fost operaționalizate într-o matrice comportamentală și s-a stabilit un sistem de recompensare comun, au fost elaborate planuri de lecție pentru predarea comportamentelor sociale identificate și o serie de materiale didactice care să sprijine și să faciliteze predarea acestora.

The SWPBS project, coordinated by CARDET (Cyprus) in partnership with the University of Pitești (UPIT) together with the Argeș County Inspectorate (ISJ) and other educational institutions from Cyprus, Greece and Finland, has contributed to the development of a positive school environment, a non-discriminatory and inclusive school culture with a focus on supporting socio-emotional behaviors needed by all students in the school. The schools have received support from the coaches (trainers) of the UPIT intervention team and from the members of the ISJ project team. Although the program was implemented throughout the school, the target group of the project were students in 3^rd and 4^th grades from all 30 schools participating in the project. Each school developed a set of working materials that supported the implementation of the program: they have defined their vision, established a set of values ​​that were operationalized in a behavioral matrix and established a common reward system; they have also developed lesson plans for teaching social behaviors, as well as some teaching materials to support and facilitate the teaching of these behaviors.
